Language is a subject that requires skill. It is not a content subject like science, mathematics, social studies, commerce, and so on, which are based on information and knowledge. The question then arises, "What is Skill?" The term "skill" refers to the ability to do something well or to have expertise in that area. The course is designed to encourage students to learn and practice spoken English in order to improve their communication skills.

Many international businesses hold meetings in English; universities teach courses in English; and tourists and travelers use English as a common language all over the world. Good English is not only elegant, but it also allows you to continue your studies and specializations at the best universities in the world, which are located in countries where English is spoken.

As a result, we offer free training. We created a course that covers the four modes of English language communication: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.           According to the guidelines of UGC and Shivaji University, Kolhapur skill development courses are expected to be started in the college from the academic year 2022-23. So in our college we will provide skill based and value based courses in accordance with National Education Policy 2020. Wide range of courses would be available across the disciplines under course category of skill enhancement courses. We provide different platforms such as Swayam, NPTEL, IGNOU includes the courses i.e. Soft Skills development – Translation, Creative Arts and Designs- Craft, Theatre and Drama Studies, An Introduction to Proof Reading, Diploma in English Language and Literature.
